The Hero Construction Company provides transformative, cutting-edge training to help people from all walks of life become heroes. We are heroism trainers who bring more than a decade of research and teaching expertise to classrooms and boardrooms all over the world. Whether through our free curricular materials for K-12 educators, our customized corporate training modules, or our annual heroism conference, the Hero Construction Company is the source for creating a heroic culture in your school, your workplace, and your community.
We have begun developing and making available the world’s first comprehensive heroism training curriculum for K-12 schools. These curricular materials are written by experienced educators and are designed to work within US state and national educational standards. The first two lesson plans are available for download now.

Our heroism trainers will work with you to design a presentation for your school or workplace. These customized presentations will inspire, motivate, and instruct your audience in order to help them take action to improve their environment. We have more than a decade of experience when it comes to presentations that transform school or workplace culture, focusing students or employees on changes they can make to positively impact their lives and the lives of those around them. We run the American flagship version of world’s leading series of heroism conferences, the Hero Round Table, which began in Michigan in 2013 and which has now spread across the globe with events in Britain, Holland, and Australia. The Hero Round Table, which we sponsor annually in Michigan, is an event unlike any other; it showcases leading voices on the subject of heroism, including speakers from the fields of psychology, education, business, philosophy, sports, the military, and entertainment. If you’ve never been to one of our conferences, or if you’re ready to make plans for this year’s event, we encourage you to reserve your ticket today!
A talk from our founder describing the creation and ideas of the Hero Construction Company.
We are heroism trainers.
Heroism can be trained. We provide a roadmap that helps with the bumps along the hero’s path.
In 2015, the Hero Construction Company went from a small one-man organization to a 501(c)3 nonprofit that aims to bring the lessons of the first 8 years to the world.

In Our Schools:The Hero Construction Company
Hero Construction Company is one of the most important educational ventures of this millennium; it inspires while it educates, it makes our youth better people and responsive citizens.
The workshops received high marks from both teachers and students for the close interaction they provided with students and the powerful, enduring nature of their message.
Your program focuses on the intellectual, rather than the emotional. I would much prefer my students be able to make rational decisions when confronted with an issue than to use their emotion.
If you’re looking for someone who is going to plant a seed that kids have it within them to be the people they dream of being. If you want someone who is real and down to earth, believable, who the students listen to, who is not their regular teacher, who works with a small group with a genuine environment, then Matt Langdon and The Hero Construction Company are for you.
